Patrick began his career at Microsoft, where he remained for 11 years, eventually becoming lead developer for the first generation of InfoPath in 2003. He later left Microsoft to found Qdabra, an eForms consulting and software company. FormsQuo is Patrick’s brainchild, and he is committed to growing it into the Number #1 destination for free & open source eForms Solutions on the web. He resides in Washington, where he and his wife co-parent 3 strong-willed and independent cats.
Hilary Stoupa, MVP
Software Development Expert | InfoPath MVP since 2009
Hilary graduated from Whitman College with a bachelor’s degree in English Literature. She later found her true passion as a business process analyst for a global manufacturing company, creating custom solutions for internal customers with an emphasis on streamlining and standardization. This experience led Hilary to discover Microsoft InfoPath, and she now spends most of her time developing InfoPath solutions developing custom InfoPath plug-ins and web services, and keeping her customers happy.
Jimmy Rishe, MVP
Software Development Lead | InfoPath MVP since 2010
Jimmy has a degree in Computer Engineering from Columbia University. He began his career as a software engineer, and since discovering InfoPath he has spent most of his time architecting web service and SQL database solutions for InfoPath solutions. When he’s not coding, Jimmy indulges his love of languages: he is fluent in English, Japanese and C#, and proficient in French and Italian.

Born and raised in the Philippines, Mel graduated from the Mapua Institute of Technology and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering. She has built a very diverse career, with experience in web marketing, blogging, research, technical remote assistance, and InfoPath form development. Mel is especially known for bringing her special creative touch to eForm design, and she spends most of her time creating beautiful InfoPath forms for her consulting customers.
SQL and SharePoint Expert
Jim has over twenty years of development experience ranging from custom vertical market applications to shrink-wrapped development tools. A former Microsoft employee, Jim served as developer on five versions of Visual Basic and was the lead developer for the Visual Basic .NET runtime. Jim is especially adept at SharePoint and web service development.
Janice handles the business end of the FormsQuo consulting work. She has over 15 years of corporate accounting experience, and she spent several years as a part-time tax accountant while raising her children. Janice received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration/Finance from the University of Washington, and she focuses on making sure our consulting projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Don Stephen Lambatin
Don holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from AMA Computer University. Prior to joining the FormsQuo team, he worked as a Support Manager for an international company which has published several online game titles in India, Brazil, and the Philippines. Don’s primary focus is creating, testing and documenting eForm solution packages.
Kaoru spent ten years at Microsoft as a program manager, and ten years afterward at IBM Tokyo Research Lab as an advisory researcher. She has a wealth of experience leading natural language research projects and developing Japanese search and proofing tools. Kaoru’s current focus is assuring that her eForm consulting projects and products have the highest software quality
